What’s NASA Hiding? Funds Study That Predicts How The World Will End, Then Washes Its Hands Of The Research

An interesting study, or should I say, another interesting study. We observe, and we see nothing. We hear warnings of doomsday and we say, “business as usual is the best policy” and make little or no effort to change anything substantial. Most people shrug and say (or think) there’s nothing I can do. Well, yes, there is one thing everybody can do, and many will do, and that is, die. That too is a choice.

What’s NASA Hiding? Funds Study That Predicts How The World Will End, Then Washes Its Hands Of The Research

In March 2014, a new study partly-sponsored by NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center found that modern civilization will collapse in mere decades unless humans reduce inequality and shift to renewable resources. The scientists created a NASA-funded new cross-disciplinary model – Human And Nature DYnamics or HANDY – on climate change to compare an egalitarian society, an equitable society, and an unequal society.

According to The Guardian, the study came to a conclusion that history is replete with…

We’re already heading for self-destruction. There’s no conspiracy about that fact. The only question that remains is when the final collapse will occur.

Thanks for commenting, Rosaliene. Considering how far it’s been let slide, what logically could be done now? We could shut down the pipelines, and millions would die in the cold or without transportation, and food, until some workable alternative replaces the oil. We could ban all chemicals used in food production and preservation, and millions would die of starvation until new food sources could be grown locally and offered for sale at reasonable prices. We could end “banksterism” and the economy would collapse and again, millions would die not having money to purchase necessities of life. We could disarm all militaries and send the silly boys home, and there’d be nothing there for them to do. We could hang the 1% billionaire class only to find we ended a system of hot air upon which billions depend for their daily bread and discovered that under those rich bodies there was nothing of life-sustaining value.

The worst part is that every scenario of radical change only leads to death and destruction even if on a temporary basis. That’s how the globalists set it up. Kill us, and you die with us. In every case you can see how mobs would arise and systematic plunder and rape would rule the lands, the power ending up in the hands of local terrorist groups, organizations of thugs, drug lords, tin pot dictators. You can easily see waves of genocides based on real or imagined old wrongs, racism, bigotry, misogyny. Everybody becomes either a victim or a perpetrator under mob rule, no middle ground, no place for innocence.

And that is why the System keeps on keeping on: common sense says you can’t let it just slide into total anarchy. The corrupt chaos of the ruling class is, for the time being, at least preferable to the lawless rule of the rabble. Sadly, a Trump is better than no trump. Having said all that, I am perplexed and baffled as to what the anti-Trump protests hope to achieve.

I think you will find that Iceland and Russia did the very things that you say we cannot do and are much better off. To stop watching the mainstream media lies would be a good start.

Damn. You go get all creative and then jump back on the Barry McGuire bandwagon. You need two blogs. One for the good stuff and one for all the Chicken Little business. 😉

Well Phil, I like a good salad. Mix it up, add the dressing of choice and enjoy. I think it’s up to the guests who don’t like the spinach or broccoli to push it to the side and just enjoy the rest. In any case, If you read my “creative” inventions, a lot of them are just as chock full of sweeping statements as this Chicken Little stuff as you call it. Warnings of doom abound there also. The spinach may be chopped finer and there may be less broccoli, but it’s often there. Difference is, in one form it’s real food, meant to create thinking; in another, it’s placed as garnish, entertainment, not real food. I like both, reserving the right to choose which I ingest, and which I leave aside.

That being said, what’s objectionable about that study? Doesn’t it offer some rather obvious truisms?

We’ve allowed ourselves to be pushed into a bad corner. I read a comment by cadxx about Iceland and Russia going for alternatives. Maybe it’s not as “black” as it seems. Maybe the problem isn’t logistics but the capitalist banks and investors. I’m not an economist and I hate violence, so how do we unseat the 1%? Time to get serious and grow a big garden? 🙂

I seem to have missed one of your posts.

As I recall, the situation in Iceland was caused by the 2007 crash. People with mortgages found that they were worthless and that they were homeless – this was almost the whole population. They threatened to kick-out all the politicians if something was not done about the bankers. I’m not up to date with the exact circumstances.
In Russia, Putin told those who he calls oligarcs to take their money, get out and don’t come back.
        It’s all on the net
The idea that we can’t do without these parasites is what keeps them in power.

It seems like the parasites are going to put themselves out through unchecked greed. Keep pushing and eventually they will expect everything for nothing, neither paying their slaves nor feeding them. When that happens, it’s game over: that’s when the revolution fires itself up of its own accord and doesn’t stop until all the 1% heads are rolling into the decapitation bucket. Current protests are nothing, just games, parties and misdirection, still made up of relatively well-fed entitled “liberals” reading scripts and spewing bad songs. That’s not revolution. Revolution is blood. It’s tanks and drones killing thousands, and it’s millions responding with pure unstoppable rage that no longer cares about anything except destruction of the status quo. I’m still hoping I’ll be dead before it starts in earnest because I don’t want to see it.
